At today's meeting, Shavkat Mirziyoyev instructed to increase automobile production to 510,000 units per year and to consider measures to reduce interest rates and expand auto loan volumes to stimulate demand.

The president stated that there are four major automobile enterprises in the country with a total capacity of up to 650,000 vehicles per year. This year, it is necessary to master the production of an additional 763 types of parts in cooperation with more than 300 local enterprises.

The task has been set to bring automobile production volume to 510,000 units. To stimulate demand for domestic cars, it has been ordered to consider measures to reduce auto loan interest rates and increase their volume.

It was also noted that there is a growing need among farmers for garden tractors and equipment for planting seedlings, harvesting crops, and digging potatoes. It was emphasized that with full utilization of the Chirchik cluster and the production of agricultural machinery at affordable prices, as well as the introduction of convenient leasing tools, farmers are ready to purchase at least 15,000 units of equipment annually.

Overall, those responsible for the automotive sector have been instructed to revise the production program for the current year with the aim of ensuring growth at the level of 10.5%.
