Uzbekistan, Tashkent – AN Podrobno.uz. Kamilla Muratovna Jumaeva has been appointed as the new head of the section within the operational-search department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD). This personnel decision was announced by the ministry's press service on March 25, highlighting the specialist's consistent career advancement within the ministry's structure.

Prior to this appointment, Kamilla Jumaeva worked in the same unit as a leading specialist. Her previous experience includes performing various tasks within the MVD system, as well as having expertise in operational activities.

Now, Jumaeva's responsibilities include coordinating processes for the detection, prevention, and solving of crimes at the national level. It is expected that under her leadership, the department will continue modernizing operational methods and strengthen measures to combat organized crime. These initiatives are aimed at improving security in the country.

The ministry's press service described this appointment as a step taken within the framework of MVD's personnel policy, reflecting a trend of promoting women to high positions in law enforcement agencies. However, how much these changes will help enhance effectiveness in practice remains to be seen.
