Uzbekistan has established the procedure for the traditional 'Last Bell' ceremony. In 2026, it will be held on May 25 from 08:00 to 09:00 under the motto 'Highly Educated Generation — the Foundation of the Third Renaissance'.

Schools have been given a clear format: celebrations strictly according to regulations, without collecting money or expensive gifts, with an emphasis on safety and rewarding the best students. Unified recommendations and standard scenarios have been sent to all general education schools.

The celebrations will include rewarding students who have distinguished themselves with exemplary behavior and high academic results. Letters of gratitude will also be presented to parents in the categories 'Most Active Father', 'Caring Mother', and 'Responsible Parent'.

Special attention is paid to security issues: events will be held with the participation of relevant agencies, mahalla committees, and parents.

Authorities have strictly reminded of prohibitions. Collecting money from students and parents, giving expensive gifts to teachers, organizing additional banquets, and car trips involving schoolchildren are strictly forbidden.

Additionally, from May 25 to 30, festive events for kindergarten graduates will be held across the country under the motto 'Goodbye, Kindergarten — Hello, School!'.
