Yemen's Houthi movement («Ansar Allah») has purportedly launched a ballistic missile strike targeting the Saudi Ministry of Defense building in Riyadh. According to statements by Houthi military representatives, specifically Brigadier General Yahya Saria, the missile allegedly hit its designated target with precision, though these claims remain difficult to independently verify.

Furthermore, the group asserted that it carried out a drone attack on Abha International airport in southwestern Saudi Arabia, supposedly disrupting normal flight operations. The Houthis also claimed to have shelled a major oil refinery facility located in Ras Tanura.

In response, the Saudi-led Arab coalition announced the interception and destruction of two ballistic missiles heading toward Riyadh. According to the Saudi Civil Defense authority, falling debris caused minor material damage to buildings and a vehicle, while official reports confirmed that no casualties or injuries had been recorded.
