President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, accompanied by his spouse, participated in a special cultural program held alongside the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) summit in Ankara. According to the press service of the Uzbek leader, the events aimed to strengthen unity among member states.

During the visit, the leaders officially inaugurated the Park of Turkic Civilization at the 'Beshtepa' complex in Ankara. The newly established park features national pavilions representing member nations, showcasing traditional yurts and various examples of applied folk arts.

These exhibits are intended to highlight the rich historical, cultural, and architectural heritage of the Turkic peoples, alongside their advancements in science, education, and modern development. The high-guests also inspected a replica of the ancient Orkhon written monuments.

The cultural itinerary featured traditional games, archery displays, and performances by warriors clad in historical garments. Following these presentations, the heads of state planted oak saplings on the park grounds as a symbol of lasting cooperation.

Subsequently, the leaders visited the Malazgirt center, a designation referencing the pivotal Battle of Malazgirt on August 26, 1071, which holds immense significance in Turkic history. Attendees were treated to an epic equestrian performance involving riders, acrobats, and stuntmen from participating nations.
