According to Khomijon Ishmеtbekov, First Deputy Chairman of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan, awardees include representatives from various fields: cleaners, employees, scientists, doctors, as well as relatives of those who worked in the religious sphere during the most difficult times.

This year, 15,000 pilgrims from Uzbekistan will travel for Hajj.

Flights to Medina are operating from May 2 to May 18 from 9 airports across the country.

The cost of the pilgrimage is set at 77 million soums.
