By a decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Senator Tursinxan Xudaybergenov has been awarded the Order of Selfless Service. The award recognizes his many years of dedicated work in state bodies, his contributions to the country's large-scale reforms, his role in the development of the Aral Sea region, and his 75th birthday.

The decree specifically highlights his efforts in improving regional infrastructure, enhancing the ecological situation, addressing local population issues, and his active participation in socio-political life. Currently, Xudaybergenov serves as an advisor to the president on sustainable development of the Aral Sea region and as a senator.

Xudaybergenov served as Minister of Emergency Situations from March 2010 to December 2016. Subsequently, he was appointed State Advisor to the President for monitoring and coordinating work with appeals from individuals and legal entities.

Born in 1951, he graduated from Tashkent Pedagogical Institute (1974) and the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR (1982). From 1974 to 1999, he held various positions in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He served as head of the Internal Affairs Department of Khorezm region (1999-2001), State Advisor to the President for coordinating law enforcement agencies (2001-2006), and head of the Internal Affairs Department of Fergana region (2006-2010).
