Tashkent, Uzbekistan – Podrobno.uz. Uzbekistan's Ministry of Justice has been recognized as the most exemplary agency in implementing the 'Uzbekistan – 2030' strategy under the 'Quality Public Administration' program.

The ministry has transformed into a modern, open, and digital institution in a short period. Currently, it provides 380 fully digital services through 30 platforms, with over 780 services available online. A network of 208 public service centers ensures uniform service standards across the country.

Other highly effective state bodies were also named in the competition. The Ministry of Mining and Geology was recognized as exemplary in resource management, noted for transparency and efficiency: a 20% reduction in water consumption in geological exploration, localization of mining equipment up to 84%, and advance planning of budget indicators until 2028.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs also ranked among the most effective agencies in public services. Today, about 95% of nearly 60 services are provided digitally. Over 70 disparate databases have been integrated into the 'Safe City' system, connected to dozens of agencies and situation centers. Last year, more than 148,000 administrative cases were reviewed remotely.

The program also honored the best civil servants across various categories, from department heads to young specialists. The president proposed promoting them and including them in the personnel reserve.

The head of state noted that in the future, agency performance will be assessed more strictly, and the list of low-performing organizations will also be made public.

The president emphasized that the 'Quality Public Administration' program will be held every two years, and in the next stage, local khokimiyats will join. He stated that without changes at the district and city levels, reforms will not yield results.

The award ceremony concluded with the honoring of competition winners.
