Law enforcement officers in Karakalpakstan have detained a 58-year-old man suspected of selling heroin. According to the investigation, the drugs were hidden in an outdoor toilet, concealed inside a pill bottle.

The suspect was identified after a buyer was arrested with 0.124 grams of heroin in his pocket. The buyer provided testimony that led to the seller's identification.

The suspect was apprehended while attempting another drug sale. The transaction was reportedly planned for 200,000 soums.

During a search, it was discovered that the heroin was stored in a hiding place in the yard — an outdoor toilet, where the drugs were hidden in a white medicine bottle.

A criminal case has been opened under Article 273 (Illegal manufacture, acquisition, storage and other actions with narcotic drugs, their analogues or psychotropic substances for the purpose of sale, as well as their sale). Investigative actions are ongoing.
