️ A 48-year-old resident of Tashkent collected 5,505 kilograms of plastic waste and agreed to sell it for 30.2 million soums. The buyer, a 34-year-old man, paid only 1.5 million soums, promising to pay the rest later.

️ However, instead of fulfilling his obligations, he resold the raw materials for 38.5 million soums, making a profit, and did not repay the debt to the plastic owner.

️ After numerous unsuccessful attempts to obtain payment, the victim turned to law enforcement.

️ The investigative department of the Mirabad District Internal Affairs Office opened a criminal case under Article 168 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code. The investigation is ongoing.

️ Earlier, in the same district, a group of serial fraudsters was detained for stealing 3 million soums from a pensioner under the pretext of selling non-existent securities.
