NURA Electric and JSC 'O'ZENERGOINJINIRING' (UZEE) have signed a memorandum aimed at creating a systematic platform for training, retraining, and advanced training of engineering and technical personnel in Uzbekistan's electric power sector.

The main objective of the agreement is to reduce the technological gap between the production stage and practical application of solutions. The parties are launching a permanent mechanism for experience exchange, development of applied training programs, and transfer of practical knowledge.

The agreement provides for experience exchange and training of technical specialists servicing the country's energy facilities. This is a joint task aimed at developing the engineering potential of the industry.

The signing ceremony was accompanied by a detailed familiarization of the UZEE delegation with NURA Electric's production facilities. Representatives toured key sections of the new complex to see the full cycle of electrical product manufacturing.

The visit program included three stages: production tour, working meetings, and interviews with managers and leading technical specialists. Experts focused on developing the domestic engineering school, enhancing the role of qualified personnel in infrastructure projects, and methods for rapid knowledge transfer.

The memorandum between NURA Electric and UZEE transforms the interaction between manufacturers and developers of energy facilities into a permanent partnership format.
