Tashkent, Uzbekistan – Podrobno.uz. A tourism and residential complex worth $300 million will be built in New Andijan. The project includes a park, a water park, and a residential complex with social and commercial infrastructure.

The investment agreement was signed by Uzbek company Sanderson City and South Korean U&K Global. The work will be carried out in two phases.

The first phase involves the construction of a modern park and water park worth $45 million. The facilities will feature water attractions, relaxation and entertainment areas for visitors of all ages. The complex is expected to open by the Navruz holiday in 2028.

The new facility is expected to expand the region's tourism potential and create additional recreation conditions for residents of the Andijan region. The project is also expected to boost the service sector and related business areas.

In the second phase, investors plan to build a residential complex with a total area of 750,000 square meters. It will include not only residential buildings but also necessary social and commercial infrastructure.

According to the agreement participants, the project will create new jobs and increase the investment attractiveness of New Andijan.
