At a meeting with the president, it was noted that losses in energy networks amount to 17.2%. Over the past six months, 4.8 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity have been lost.

For example, in Andijan, as well as in Asaka, Yangiabad, Kasansay, Kukdala, Boysun, Altinsay, Kushtepa, Tashlak, Koshrabad and Samarkand districts, the loss rate exceeds 25%.

It is noted that despite the fact that the automated commercial metering systems for electricity (ASKUE) and gas (ASKUG) were introduced more than 4 years ago, 300,000 gas meters and 234,000 electricity meters installed in households are not transmitting data to the network.

As a result, in a number of regions, accounts receivable are not only not decreasing, but, on the contrary, continue to grow.
