Tashkent, Uzbekistan – Podrobno.uz. The Anti-Corruption Agency has identified 648 decisions and orders of local authorities that were unjustifiably hidden in the E-qaror system. Following the inspection, representations were submitted to the khokimiyats demanding open access to these documents.

This was announced based on the agency's work results for the first half of 2026. During monitoring, specialists examined 24,241 decisions and orders placed in the E-qaror system with a "hidden" status. The check showed that 648 of them received this status without sufficient grounds.

Based on the inspection results, the Anti-Corruption Agency submitted 42 representations to local government bodies demanding transparency of these documents.

The agency emphasized that the work to identify unjustifiably hidden decisions is aimed at increasing the transparency of government bodies and ensuring openness of their decisions.

Earlier, economist Otobek Bakirov criticized the practice of unjustifiably hiding government decisions. He noted that despite the liability provided by law, in most cases the response is limited to warnings, and called for strengthening control and accountability mechanisms for such violations.
