Law enforcement in Tashkent has uncovered and dismantled a criminal group involved in the sale of drugs through hidden stashes. The operation resulted in the seizure of alpha-PVP, marijuana, heroin, and 5F-APINACA.

As part of the 'Safe and Healthy Country' operational-preventive measures, officers from the State Security Service and customs inspected the car and home of a 33-year-old resident of Sergeli district.

During the search, authorities found and confiscated 1.1 kilograms of alpha-PVP, 1.9 kilograms of marijuana, 65 grams of heroin, and 16 grams of 5F-APINACA. Packaging bags and scales, allegedly used for weighing and packaging the narcotics, were also discovered.

Subsequently, a 38-year-old woman was detained. According to investigators, she had instructed the man to distribute drugs via stashes. She had previously been convicted for a drug-related offense.

Both suspects have been charged with illegal possession and sale of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances. They have been placed in custody. The investigation is ongoing.

Earlier, three foreign nationals were detained in Tashkent on suspicion of distributing drugs through stashes. Nearly two kilograms of prohibited substances were seized from them.
