Tashkent, Uzbekistan – Podrobno.uz. As of August 14, a total of 49,735 appeals have been submitted through the xalqnazorati.uz platform, reflecting active civic engagement in addressing urban issues.

During the current week, 1,898 appeals were received from the capital city. Residents are actively reporting problems related to infrastructure, utilities, and other municipal services.

However, 101 appeals were rejected due to non-compliance with portal rules or duplicate content. This measure aims to maintain the quality and relevance of incoming submissions.

Additionally, monitoring of electronic media and social networks, including Telegram and Facebook, identified 2,868 problematic cases. All of them were formalized as appeals and uploaded to the xalqnazorati.uz platform.

These figures underscore the platform's role as a vital bridge between citizens and state bodies, enabling prompt identification and resolution of pressing issues.
