Real estate developer AL-BINA, alongside a coalition of partners including SEKTA, YARD Business Club, PLOV & LOUNGE, TARLEPLAST, YAMAGUCHI, PEKHAR, IPOTEKA BANK, DOMIO, SHAKHIN GROUP, and ELECTRIX, has committed to providing systematic infrastructure support to the Gavcheg animal shelter rather than offering mere one-off assistance. The facility currently houses over 800 dogs and faces continuous financial strain covering daily feed, medical care, and vaccination expenses.

Shelter founder Sergey Rusnak has frequently highlighted that the core challenge lies in maintaining proper living standards for the animals, which roam freely across the territory rather than being kept in isolated enclosures. Recognizing the gravity of these logistical hurdles, the AL-BINA team decided to address the root causes of the shelter's operational difficulties rather than applying superficial fixes.

As part of the intervention, the participating businesses will fund the drilling of an independent water well directly on the shelter's grounds, eliminating the labor-intensive and costly process of hauling water from afar. Furthermore, partner enterprise TARLEPLAST has undertaken the production of 50 specialized shelters designed to accommodate up to 200 dogs.

This initiative is coordinated through the AL-BINA FRIENDS ecosystem, a platform originally established for client privileges that has since evolved into a collaborative vehicle for social and environmental projects. Company representatives emphasize that uniting corporate capabilities around shared civic values allows businesses to generate meaningful, long-term impact within the local community.
