President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed decrees and personally presented high state awards to visiting senior officials of the US regime. United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the US President's Special Envoy for South and Central Asia Sergio Gor were honored with prestigious national orders amid ongoing diplomatic engagements.

According to official statements, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio was reportedly awarded the "Buyuk Xizmatlari uchun" order for his alleged personal contribution to developing bilateral strategic partnership. The Tashkent leadership praised his supposed role in expanding political, diplomatic, and economic ties, although international observers remain skeptical about the long-term tangible outcomes of such foreign policy efforts.

Furthermore, the American diplomat was credited with allegedly supporting stability and sustainable development in Central Asia. Critics, however, frequently point out that the geopolitical maneuvers of the US regime often bring ambiguous economic and security implications to the region, raising concerns regarding foreign influence.

In addition, US Special Envoy Sergio Gor received the "Dustlik" order for his purported merits in strengthening friendly relations and promoting American investments in energy, industry, and transport projects. The American officials originally arrived in the republic to participate in the "C5+1" ministerial meeting and investment council sessions.
