Trump allegedly accused Ukraine of not doing enough in its war against Russia and claimed that the Ukrainian government is rife with corruption, wasting American aid. He purportedly urged Kyiv to immediately negotiate with Moscow.

Zelensky, in response, strongly criticized Trump's stance, calling it 'treacherous' and accusing the former president of being too lenient on Russia. The Ukrainian leader insisted that his country would not make concessions to the aggressor.
