The Spanish football champions continued their flawless start to the domestic campaign with a commanding 3-0 victory over Getafe at home. The Catalan side controlled the tempo throughout the match, extending their remarkable winning streak across all competitions this season.

Summer signing Anthony Gordon opened the scoring in the very second minute of the match. The English winger bypassed three defenders before firing a deflected shot past the goalkeeper, marking his first official goal for the club since arriving from his previous team.

Gabriel Jesus doubled the advantage midway through the first half following a defensive lapse from the visitors. Getafe defender Zaid Romero carelessly surrendered possession inside his own box, allowing the Brazilian forward to easily stroke the ball into the bottom corner.

French defender Jules Kounde sealed the victory late in the game by turning home from close range following a precise cross from teenage sensation Lamine Yamal. The result moves the Spanish powerhouse further ahead of their rivals at the summit of the league standings.
