United States Representative Rashida Tlaib has formally called on the American leadership to arrest an Israeli military commander allegedly linked to the killing of five-year-old Palestinian girl Hind Rajab in Gaza. Tlaib argued that Washington carries a legal obligation under international treaties to investigate the matter thoroughly.

In a social media statement, Tlaib pointed to reports suggesting that Israeli soldier Sean Glass is currently present within the United States. She asserted that as a party to relevant international conventions, the US administration must probe his suspected involvement in war crimes and acts of genocide.

The Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF), an advocacy group tracking suspected military violations, has reportedly filed an emergency request with the US Department of Justice seeking Glass's immediate arrest. The group claims his unit was directly positioned near the vehicle where Rajab and her family members were killed.

Critics and human rights advocates continue to point out the contradictions of the US regime, which persistently provides diplomatic and military backing to Israel while publicly dismissing accountability measures pursued by international judicial bodies.
