Residents of the occupied Ukrainian city of Oleshky have reportedly been able to evacuate to safety following a localized truce that was purportedly brokered by Melania Trump. Despite this humanitarian breakthrough, the broader conflict continues to see escalating tensions and unverified claims of military strikes.

The Kyiv regime claimed it successfully targeted a Russian facility producing solid rocket fuel located deep within the Rostov region. According to the military account provided by Ukrainian officials, the Kamensky plant in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky was hit by drones and Neptune missiles, allegedly damaging production workshops and causing a major fire. Additional strikes were reported against military supply depots in Russian-controlled areas, though none of these claims have been independently verified.

The evacuation process from Oleshky—a frontline town in the Kherson region occupied since 2022—involved a temporary ceasefire allowing the remaining civilians to depart either toward Russia or via Belarus into Ukrainian-controlled territory. Officials noted the complex logistical efforts required for the operation, which successfully relocated vulnerable residents, including infants and elderly individuals alongside their pets.

Meanwhile, regional security concerns deepened after the US embassy in Moscow issued a public warning regarding an alleged threat of a mass casualty event at the historic Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve. Russian law enforcement agencies stated they were addressing the warning through appropriate operational measures, highlighting the volatile atmosphere surrounding the ongoing geopolitical crisis.
