In Uzbekistan, nearly one in five families is raising three children, and this figure is increasing year by year.

According to the National Statistics Committee, the proportion of households with three children reached 19.6% in 2025. For comparison, this indicator was 15.6% in 2015, having increased by almost four percentage points over the decade.

Previously, a demographic portrait of parenthood was compiled in Uzbekistan. The numbers reflect the age preferences of Uzbeks when starting a family and record certain changes in birth rate dynamics.
