A draft of amendments and additions to the list of national and international certificates determining proficiency in foreign languages and general education subjects proposes establishing monthly bonuses for vocational education teachers with language certificates.

According to the draft, teachers at vocational education institutions who teach general professional and specialized subjects in a foreign language in foreign groups (excluding Russian groups) may receive an additional bonus to their base salary.

Specifically, for a B2 level certificate, a monthly bonus of 50 percent is proposed, while for a C1 level certificate, it is 100 percent of the base salary.

The draft also includes updating the names of education levels and expanding the list of certificates.

In particular, it is planned to include national certificates assessing the knowledge level and professional skills of teachers in "Music Culture" and "Physical Culture" subjects. For these certificates, the minimum level is proposed to be set at B+.

The proposed changes aim to improve qualification and incentive mechanisms in the general secondary and vocational education system.
