Employees of the Russian state corporation Rosatom, including citizens of Uzbekistan, who were working at the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant in Iran, have been evacuated to Moscow via Armenia. The group of 200 people consisted of 175 Russian citizens and 25 citizens of other states, including Uzbekistan, Belarus, and Tajikistan.

The evacuation process was organized through transit across Armenian territory. After crossing the border at the "Norduz — Agharak" checkpoint, the evacuees were transported by bus directly to Yerevan's Zvartnots Airport, bypassing stops in the capital itself. Organizers noted the high level of assistance from the Armenian side, which allowed the operation to proceed routinely.

All passengers on the special flight that departed for Moscow on April 6 traveled without incident, with no complaints regarding health issues or logistical difficulties reported. This flight marked the final stage of the third wave of personnel evacuation from the Bushehr NPP, implemented in March and April of this year.

It should be recalled that on the evening of March 17, the territory of Iran's sole nuclear power plant, Bushehr, was subjected to a direct strike for the first time since the onset of the current regional conflict. The projectile fell on the plant's industrial site in the area of the metrology service building located within the protected perimeter. Despite the dangerous proximity to the operational reactor unit, the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) reported that critical infrastructure damage and human casualties were avoided.
