The State Hermitage Museum in Saint Petersburg has launched the exhibition 'Unveiling Palace Chambers: Art at the Court of the Emir of Bukhara', organized by the Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation in collaboration with the Hermitage.

The exhibition is dedicated to the artistic culture of the Bukhara Emirate and brings together 75 museum objects reflecting the traditions of palace life, decorative and applied arts, and jewelry craftsmanship of Central Asia.

The display features exhibits from the collections of leading museum institutions in Uzbekistan and the State Hermitage, held within the framework of the 2026 St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

This project introduces visitors to the rich cultural heritage of Bukhara and the exquisite palace jewelry art. It is accompanied by an educational program including lectures, traditional music concerts, master classes, and other educational events.

The exhibition will be open to visitors until October 4, 2026.
