In the "Kurgan" neighborhood of Zaamin district, Jizzakh region, the driver of a Cobalt car lost control in mountainous terrain and drove to the edge of a cliff, creating a dangerous situation. The incident occurred on March 24.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, information about the incident was relayed to a specialized fire and rescue squad. Rescuers who arrived at the scene used special equipment to evacuate the vehicle to a safe area.

There were no casualties as a result of the incident. Official data from the emergency ministry indicates that the health of the driver and any passengers was not threatened.

This case has once again highlighted road safety concerns in challenging mountainous conditions. Local residents and tourists are advised to exercise increased caution to avoid similar situations.
