Today, May 5, a fire broke out at a gas station in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Videos of the incident circulated on social media, drawing public attention.
According to the regional emergency management department, a report of the fire was received at 11:13 AM. The blaze was recorded at a facility located on Buyuk Ipak Yoli Street.
Five rescue units were dispatched immediately and arrived at the scene within five minutes, at 11:18 AM. The fire was contained by 11:30 AM and fully extinguished by 11:50 AM.
No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. Specialists are currently investigating the exact cause of the fire and assessing the extent of material damage.
