The Migration Agency of Uzbekistan, in partnership with Japan's Onodera User Run company, is offering women and girls from Uzbekistan the opportunity to work in elderly care in Japan. The announcement was made on the agency's Telegram channel "Xorijda ish".
Participants will receive free 6-month training in Japanese language and professional skills at courses organized in Tashkent. The courses are provided on a grant basis.
Citizens aged 18 to 35 are eligible to participate. Preference is given to those with a background in nursing.
According to the organizers, participants will be provided with accommodation during the training period. Visa services, travel to Japan, and job placement costs are also covered by the company.
After arriving in Japan, participants will be provided with company housing. The company covers the majority of the rent, while participants pay $108 per month.
The starting monthly salary is approximately $1,600–$1,700. Overtime hours are paid additionally.

Onodera User Run specializes in training foreign workers for Japan under the "Tokutei gino" (Specified Skilled Worker) program. The company has previously operated in the Philippines, Myanmar, Laos, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, and Mongolia. According to the company, over 8,900 individuals have been trained, nearly 6,800 have obtained the "Tokutei gino" certificate, and more than 5,000 participants are currently working in Japan.
It is noted that Onodera User Run signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Migration Agency in June 2025 and began operations in Tashkent in November 2025.
