At the end of May, Tashkent will host a large cat exhibition called 'Find Your Cat'. This large-scale event involves shelters and animal rights activists, where every visitor can meet their future pet.

The event will take place on May 30-31 at High Town City Mall and is open to everyone — free admission.

Organizers include NGO Hayot and the Mushukkent project, supported by state structures such as the Ministry of Ecology, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Tashkent city administration, the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, and the National Guard. Organizations like 'Milye Koshki', Laykis Vet, 'Klimushka', and the anti-cafe Cats and Friends will also participate.

A special area called 'Road Home' will be a space where visitors can meet cats from shelters and possibly find a pet. Animals with different temperaments — from calm and affectionate to playful and active — will be presented, all united by their search for a loving family.

Exhibition guests can learn more about shelter work, talk to volunteers, and get recommendations on responsible pet ownership.

According to organizers, 48 cats found new homes at the previous exhibition. This time, participants hope for even more happy stories.

Organizers emphasize: even if you are not ready to adopt a pet, you can simply come, meet the animals, and support the initiative. Sometimes one meeting is enough for a new friend to appear in your home.
