During the holy month of Ramadan, on the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the National Agency for Social Protection implemented a comprehensive program across the country. The main goals of the initiative were to ensure family well-being, improve housing conditions, and preserve citizens' health through the provision of quality medical services.

Approximately 700,000 families throughout the republic received social support under this program. All payments were delivered directly to recipients, and work in this direction was fully completed by the beginning of March this year. The process of forming lists was based on data from the unified social registry, ensuring maximum transparency and fairness in the distribution of funds.

Special attention in the program was given to critical medical issues. The state allocated significant funds for complex surgical operations for citizens who could not afford expensive treatment on their own. For many beneficiaries of the program, this assistance became a decisive factor in preserving lives and restoring work capacity.

Simultaneously, a project to radically improve housing conditions has been launched in the country. Agency specialists conducted detailed inspections of households in need of infrastructure updates. Repair work has already begun in the homes of the most vulnerable families. Priority is given to creating safe spaces and increasing the energy efficiency of housing to make homes warmer and more protected.

The success of the program was made possible through close cooperation between government structures and partner organizations. Specifically, implementation was carried out by the National Agency for Social Protection in collaboration with the Waqf charitable foundation. Joint efforts created a well-established support mechanism that guarantees assistance reaches every needy recipient.
