Official sources from the my.gov.uz portal have stated that government officials and portal staff never ask for usernames, passwords, or SMS codes from users.
Citizens are urged to adhere to security measures: avoid clicking on suspicious links, do not trust calls from unknown numbers, and immediately change passwords if dubious situations arise. It is recommended to follow guidelines posted on the portal's official resources to mitigate risks.
