Starting April 1, new requirements for water and soft drink producers come into force in Uzbekistan. According to a Cabinet of Ministers resolution, industry enterprises are required to transition to a system of aggregation for marked products. One domestic factory specializing in the production of juices, nectars, and cold teas has already completed the setup of necessary processes, implementing 100% aggregation on its production lines.

The modernization process at the enterprise began in July 2025. Currently, digital traceability covers both production workshops. The system operates on the principle of sequential serialization: the process starts with marking individual consumer packaging, continues with the formation of group packages (blocks), and concludes with pallet aggregation. If defects or missing codes are detected, the technical vision system sends a signal to an activator, which removes the defective product from the conveyor and notifies the operator with an audible signal.

The practical application of digital marking has allowed the enterprise to optimize internal processes. The implementation of the system has simplified warehouse accounting and the transfer of product batches to wholesale and retail buyers. According to the manufacturer, automation enables tracking the status and location of each product unit in real-time.

Technical support for the project is provided by specialists from the integrator's service department. Their responsibilities include monthly equipment condition checks, software updates, and personnel training. In case of disruptions, technical support is coordinated through specialized communication channels.

One of the key objectives of implementing marking is to protect the brand from counterfeit products. Transparency in the logistics chain minimizes the human factor at the production stage and controls inventory levels in warehouses.

Experts note that the use of digital traceability tools is becoming a necessary condition for operating within the legal framework and ensuring supply chain security. The successful case of the domestic juice producer confirms that timely adaptation to regulatory requirements not only fulfills legal norms but also enhances overall production efficiency.
