Issues of ensuring women's safety and protecting children's rights in Uzbekistan are advancing to a new institutional level. Head of the Presidential Administration Saida Mirziyoyeva emphasized that the key principle of state policy remains the unconditional right of every woman to a life free from oppression and the state's duty to guarantee protection for every child. In this process, the judicial system holds a central place: according to her, the law must be applied so strictly and effectively as to completely eliminate any possibility of justifying violence.

To achieve these goals, the responsibility and effectiveness of judges, as well as law enforcement agencies and structures responsible for pre-investigation checks, will be significantly strengthened in the country. The reforms aim to create an environment where women are not forced to silently endure oppression, and justice mechanisms will operate without interruption.

Concurrently with strengthening legal protection, Uzbekistan continues to move towards large-scale economic goals, relying on growing international trust and the personal oversight of the head of state. Clear targets have been set for the Administration until 2030: to double industrial production volumes and ensure an annual inflow of investments amounting to 35 billion dollars. Achieving these key performance indicators (KPIs) is designated as a priority task within the framework of building a stable and protected society.
