Specialists warn that kites can ascend to glide path altitudes, posing risks of collision with aircraft, damage to fuselage, or strong threads entering aircraft engines.

As reported by Uzbekistan airports company, any activity in airport areas affecting flight safety is strictly prohibited. According to Article 17 of the Air Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, such actions are classified as creating an emergency situation.

Unauthorized use of airspace carries strict penalties: Article 116² of the Code of Administrative Responsibility entails fines from 20 to 100 BRV or detention up to 15 days, with criminal liability possible in case of an aviation incident.

Residents and visitors of the country are urged to choose recreational sites away from flight paths. Adherence to these rules is not merely a formality but a contribution by every citizen to the safety of aircraft passengers and crews.
