Uzbekistan, Tashkent – AN Podrobno.uz. The Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan (UzLiDeP) has analyzed the results of the first phase of the nationwide 'Together with the People' program, highlighting the effectiveness of the system of direct interaction with the population. The extensive work, covering all regions of the republic, demonstrated the productivity of the chosen format: in a short period, working groups managed to visit about 29,000 households and identify 534 local problems, 421 of which were promptly resolved on the spot.

The remaining appeals, requiring a comprehensive approach, were placed under parliamentary control for further elaboration with relevant authorities. In summarizing the outcomes of the social component of the program, systematic support for vulnerable population groups was noted. For instance, in the Izboskan district, needy citizens received necessary means of transportation and food assistance, while in the Turkul district, activists completed a series of events to support single pensioners.

In addition to targeted aid, the program served as a tool to stimulate self-employment: the transfer of sewing equipment and consultations on preferential lending issues in the Qo'shtepa district enabled women in mahallas to organize their own home-based businesses. A separate outcome of the first phase was the implementation of digital dialogue mechanisms and support for youth initiatives in the field of modern technologies.

Party specialists conducted a series of meetings aimed at training youth in the basics of entrepreneurship and IT literacy. Concluding the analysis of the achieved indicators, UzLiDeP representatives emphasized that these results will form the basis for further expansion of the program in 2026, which plans to cover over one million households across the country, while maintaining the priority of targeted problem-solving in each mahalla.
