Uzbekistan is introducing a new mechanism to support businesses: all benefits and preferences will be consolidated into a single registry on the state portal. This decision is expected to simplify business access to support and make the system as transparent as possible.
The document establishes the mechanism for maintaining the registry on the Unified Interactive State Portal. Information on benefits and preferences will be generated on the platform of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (subsidiya.mf.uz) and provided free of charge through integration with the portal.
Government agencies are required to post data on the benefits for which they are responsible in the registry. Specifically, the name and type of benefit, the regulatory legal act on which it is based, the validity period, the scope of application, and the categories of entities entitled to receive it are indicated.
All information included in the unified registry must be complete and reliable. This will allow entrepreneurs to receive up-to-date information on available preferences in one place and simplify business interaction with government agencies.
The new procedure will increase the transparency of business support measures, simplify business access to information, and allow for the systematization of government instruments to stimulate the economy.
It is worth recalling that Uzbekistan is launching "Biznes Hamroh" centers operating on the "single window" principle. At the first stage, they will open in Tashkent, Nukus, and regional centers, providing more than a thousand government and private services.
