By a decree of the President of Uzbekistan, Eldor Erkinovich Adilov has been appointed as the Minister of Health, Podrobno.uz reports.

Prior to this appointment, Adilov worked in the Presidential Administration, where he served as head of the sector of the Department of Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis. He has been relieved of his previous position due to the transition to a new job.

Earlier, the candidacy of the new head of the Ministry of Health was reviewed and officially approved by deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

Asilbek Khudayarov has been relieved of his post as minister due to a transfer to another job.
