Tashkent, Uzbekistan – Podrobno.uz. Starting June 2, 2026, Oman's national carrier Oman Air will launch direct regular flights on the Muscat–Tashkent–Muscat route. Flights will operate three times a week on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The route will be served by comfortable Boeing 737 aircraft.
The entry of a new carrier into the Uzbek market marks another important step in developing the republic's international air connectivity and strengthening transport links with Middle Eastern countries. The new regular route will open up additional opportunities for tourist travel and business trips, as well as provide convenient connections via Muscat International Airport to popular destinations in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
Oman Air is the flag carrier of the Sultanate of Oman, based at Muscat International Airport. The airline operates flights across an extensive international route network and is a full member of the global oneworld alliance, which includes leading carriers such as British Airways and Qatar Airways.
