New governors (hokims) have been appointed in the Khazarasp and Yangibazar districts of the Khorezm region, according to the press service of the regional administration.

Ruslan Jumaniyazov has been appointed as the governor of Khazarasp district. Previously, he served as the governor of Yangibazar district.

Alisher Masharipov has been appointed as the governor of Yangibazar district. Prior to his appointment, he worked as the first deputy governor of the district for financial and economic development and poverty reduction, and head of the department of economy and finance.
