Mirmuhsin Mirsaidov was born on May 3, 1921, in Tashkent. After finishing school, he studied at the Faculty of Language and Literature of the Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute. He began his career as the editor of a newspaper published by the Tashkent Tram Trust.

The writer served as editor-in-chief of the magazines "Mushtum", "Sharq Yulduzi" and "Guliston". He also worked at the Radio Committee of Uzbekistan and the Writers' Union. His first poem "To a Spanish Youth" was published in 1942 in the journal "Uzbekistan Literature and Art".

In 1942−1945, his collection of stories "Brave Heart" and poetry collection "Fidelity" were published. Between 1947 and 1954, works such as "Usta Ghiyas", "Green Village" and "Dear Ones" appeared, followed by "Ziyad and Adiba", "Dorbozlar", "Jamila", "White Marble", "Stories", "The Slave Girl", and "Night Lightning" in 1957−1963.

As a prolific novelist, Mirsaidov wrote "Hope", "The Architect", "Temur Malik", "Queen of Turan", "Tempering", "Son of Degrez", "The Chatkal Tiger", and "Roots and Leaves". He was awarded the "El-Yurt Hurmati" order and died in 2005.
