Namangan region has officially entered the Guinness World Records for the largest number of flowers planted collectively in a single month.

In 2025, as part of preparations for the traditional festival, a total of 100 million flower seedlings were planted in the region. In 2026, this figure was increased to 150 million.

As a result, Namangan set a world record in the category “Most flowers planted collectively in one month.”

At the festival’s opening ceremony, Guinness World Records representative Sheyda Subasi presented the official certificate to the governor of Namangan region, Shavkatjon Abdurazakov.

Namangan now joins a select group of cities worldwide that have recorded such an achievement in history.
