Uzbekistan, Tashkent – Podrobno.uz. The administrative building of the State Assets Management Agency, located in the very center of the capital on Amir Temur Avenue, has been put up for auction.
The starting price of the state property is set at 165.545 billion soums.
The total area of the buildings and structures put up for sale is 11,000 square meters. According to the terms of the auction, the agency will vacate the property within 3 years after the deal is concluded, after which the buyer will receive full rights to use the acquired real estate.
The purchase and sale agreement for the state property must be signed between the seller, the balance holder, and the auction winner no later than 10 working days after the auction protocol is finalized.
Rules have also been established in case of failure to sign the documents. If the auction winner fails to pay the operator's fees within 5 working days or refuses to sign the contract, the right to purchase may be transferred to the potential winner, who will also be given 5 working days to pay the operator's fees. If the potential winner refuses to pay or is absent, the property will be put up for a repeat auction.
