Uzgidromet, Uzbekistan's meteorological service, has issued a warning about possible mudslides and floods in the country's foothill and mountainous areas on June 13-15 due to expected rainfall.
According to experts, during this period, rainwater accumulation in mountainous and foothill zones may lead to flooding and mudslide events, posing a threat to public safety.
Uzgidromet urges citizens, especially those living in mountainous areas, vacationers, and drivers, to take precautionary measures. Rainwater accumulation could cause flooding in some areas.
Authorities recommend that the public follow warnings, avoid unnecessary travel, and stay away from hazardous zones.
