As part of German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier's official visit to Uzbekistan, the first ladies of the two countries held a meeting.

After a warm conversation, Ziroat Mirziyoyeva and Elke Büdenbender visited the International Inclusive Hub under the National Social Protection Agency.

The German first lady was briefed on the hub's activities aimed at developing inclusive vocational education, introducing modern educational technologies, and supporting young people, including those with disabilities, in acquiring sought-after skills and professions.

The first ladies toured the hub's training workshops and projects, and interacted with students.

Elke Büdenbender highly praised the practical work carried out in Uzbekistan to build an inclusive society, develop vocational education, and expand opportunities for youth.

The International Inclusive Hub is a project-accelerator platform created for the education, employment, and socialization of youth with disabilities. It offers free long-term and short-term professional courses to help young people adapt to society.
