Saida Mirziyoyeva, head of the Presidential Administration, made a working trip to the Andijan region. She visited the Kumakay family clinic in the Altynkul district. The building, in use since 1988, no longer meets modern standards.

She also inspected kindergarten No. 9 and school No. 36. The kindergarten is housed in a former camp built in the 1970s, while the school dates back to 1960 and is overcrowded. Both facilities will be rebuilt.

On her Telegram channel, Mirziyoyeva wrote: “In healthcare and education, the conditions where doctors work, children study, and parents feel at ease leaving their kids are crucial. Improvements in people's lives should not drag on for decades. We need to accelerate and deliver visible, tangible results now.”

A working meeting was held with regional and district officials. It was emphasized that many issues require coordinated efforts at the republic, regional, district, and mahalla levels. Decisions must be made faster, with clearer deadlines and tasks.

One topic discussed was the renovation of a main water pipeline built in the 1980s. This pipeline affects water supply for many residents, mahallas, and organizations and has long needed reconstruction.
