A video circulated on social media showing a Cobalt driver speeding through a narrow street in a mahalla of Urgut district.

The footage indicates the car reached approximately 130 km/h, with residential buildings on both sides of the road.

According to the regional traffic police, identifying the offender was not difficult because his friends posted the video on their social media pages.

It turned out that the driver was a young man without a driver's license.

Administrative protocols were drawn up against the violator under Articles 135 (Driving without required documents) and 128-3 (Exceeding speed limit) of the Administrative Code. The case was sent to court.
