In the first half of 2026, the State Labor Inspectorate under the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment received 1,495 complaints from citizens who were allegedly registered for employment without their knowledge, the organization's press service reported.
As a result of the review, administrative and criminal measures were applied against 143 heads of enterprises and organizations.
Written instructions were issued to another 56 enterprises and organizations.
During inspections, it was found that some of the enterprises and organizations mentioned in the complaints have since been liquidated. In such cases, incorrect data entered between 2020 and 2025 were removed from the Unified National Labor System.
The Inspectorate urged citizens who discover they have been registered for work without consent to report via short number 1176 or the official Telegram bot @munosibmehnat_bot.
