Starting at 3:00 PM on July 27, Uzbekistan will begin accepting applications for state mortgage subsidies, funded by the unused portion of previously allocated notifications whose validity has not yet expired.
To qualify for the subsidy, applicants must meet the following criteria: at least 30 points under social criteria (the points table is available for review); no ownership of housing by the applicant or their spouse; average monthly income must align with established social criteria; and compliance with the credit history requirements of at least one commercial bank participating in the program.
Applications can be submitted online via the my.gov.uz portal, the MyGov mobile app, or in person at Public Service Centers (PSCs).
It is worth recalling that this year, the government plans to allocate 2.7 trillion soums for 30,000 citizens. The maximum loan amount for Tashkent is up to 480 million soums, and for the Republic of Karakalpakstan and other regions, up to 380 million soums.
