A deadly traffic accident occurred early in the morning on July 24 in Chirchik. The driver of a Lasetti car lost control and crashed into a tree.

The accident happened around 06:30 on the 27th kilometer of the D006 highway 'Tashkent — Chirchik — Chimgan,' passing through the city territory.

According to preliminary data, the 31-year-old driver failed to maintain control while driving, causing the car to veer off the road and collide with a tree.

The driver died at the scene from his injuries. Passengers in the car were taken to the city medical association for necessary treatment.

Currently, Chirchik police officers are conducting investigative actions and establishing all circumstances of the incident.

Earlier, in the Navoi region at the Muruntau mine, a dump truck crushed a service vehicle, killing two people.
